Hi Sinan,

The knife is laser-cut from a sheet of metal. The laser doesn't stop and start as that burns big bad holes, instead it is a continuous cut so that to get from the big hole to the small hole it needs the little cut, the small holes are probably mainly to reduce weight, the serrated edge is for improved grip.
